Standing out among more than 300 suppliers, it has verified its status as the "global leader in commercial vehicle front axles" with concrete data.
At Jiangxi Isuzu's Annual Supplier Conference, Yihe Axle won the "Quality Leadership Award" by virtue of its stable supply performance of JX1063 series light truck front axles. According to data from Jiangxi Isuzu's Procurement Department, the 1.2 million front axle assemblies and components supplied by Yihe Axle in 2024 achieved a "double zero" performance: 100% delivery qualification rate and 0 customer-reported defect rate. It ranked first with a comprehensive score of 98.6 among 32 core component suppliers. "In response to the frequent braking needs of mountain logistics vehicles, Yihe Axle specially optimized the brake drum heat dissipation structure, reducing the brake fade rate by 30%. This customized improvement has solved our core pain point," said the Technical Director of Jiangxi Isuzu at the award ceremony.
At the SAIC Maxus Global Partner Summit held in the same period, Yihe Axle won the "Strategic Contribution Award" again. This honor stems from its in-depth adaptation to SAIC Maxus' new energy strategy. As the exclusive axle supplier for SAIC Maxus' unmanned passenger-cargo twin models (Dana RoboVAN and RoboBUS), the EP13 series coaxial electric drive axle developed by Yihe Axle helps the vehicle achieve a "full-flat floor" layout with its compact structural design. With a rated axle load of 8,500 kg and a maximum output torque of 12,928 N·m, it meets the frequent start-stop needs of urban buses. Field research at SAIC Maxus' Nanjing factory shows that more than 80% of the new energy vehicles in its parking lot are equipped with Yihe Axles. Technical exchange data shows that this cooperation has increased the chassis layout efficiency of SAIC Maxus' new energy light buses by 25% and reduced the vehicle energy consumption by 7.3%.
Behind the double awards lies Yihe Axle's decades-long focus on quality. As a group enterprise with 2,700 employees and six production bases, it has established a 16-process full-chain quality control system covering raw material inspection to finished product delivery. Its axle testing center has obtained national CNAS certification and can complete 8 categories and 52 items of testing, including 1 million-kilometer durability tests. In 2024, the company invested 120 million yuan in upgrading automated production lines. The newly added 10,000-ton precision forging line for front axles controls the dimensional accuracy error of key components within 0.02 mm and increases production efficiency by 40%.
