Check with a pull wire, place the front axle in a horizontal position, draw the center lines of the two leaf springs, hang a heavy hammer at both ends of the line, and make the line pass through the two main springs At the center of the pin hole, measure the distance between the plane of the two leaf spring seats and the line with a ruler. The difference between the two is the straightness of the beam. Check the of the two seats with the cable Whether the center line is on the same straight line, check whether there is any deviation in the distance from the positioning center hole of the two seats to the line, if any  Deviation indicates that the beam is distorted; Check the distance between the inner end of the plane on the kingpin hole and the line. If there is an error between the two distances, it indicates that the kingpin angle is incorrect.


 Use a ruler to measure the distance between the two leaf spring seats and the thin line respectively. If they are not equal and the center is not on the same straight line, it means that there is a gap at both ends of the front axle Bend down or forward or backward. Then place the fine wire with heavy objects suspended at both ends on the center of the upper plane of the front axle kingpin hole, and the main The distance between the center of the pin hole and the plane of the leaf spring seat and the thin line is equal. If the measured distance is not equal, it indicates that both ends of the front axle are bent up and down.
In order to determine which end is bent, compare it with the new part, or use a ruler to find out which end is bent, and observe whether the thin line passes through the two steel plates The center of the spring seat hole is to know whether there is front and rear bending at both ends of the front axle.
Check the front axle for cracks by knocking or visual method. For example, there are more than two cracks between the central positioning holes of two leaf spring seats When the depth of the crack exceeds 1 / 4 of the depth of the cross section, or when the crack appears on the bent neck, it shall be scrapped.


 If the crack depth is not more than 1 / 4 of the cross section and between two leaf springs, V-shaped groove can be drilled for the crack and repaired by welding. After welding
The height of the weld protruding from the machine body shall not exceed 1 ~ 2mm. If it exceeds, it can be polished with hand grinding wheel.
